The day Sunday 5th of April, in the peace of her home, Zita Figueroa Sanchez MD. Pediatritian and Neonatologist,  passed away leaving in the life of thousands of children, her passion, gives, wisdom and experience to guarantee to them the future that they deserve, she gave her knowledge without reserves to the scientific community and impregnated of joy the moments shared with her fellow workers, without forgetting to be the support of her family and friends.

It was a privilege to have a human being of her qualities and her memory will remain in us and in all who received  a spiritual and intellectual caress of her spirit. To her, all our gratitude. We will continue making bigger her memory through our work.
